the sandugo festival annual celebration in tagbilaran in commemoration of blood compact between miguel lópez de legazpi , datu sikatuna in march 1565. festival celebrated every july coincide month-long activities celebrating city s charter day on 1 july , province s (bohol) day on 22 july.
