Cuba List of smoking bans

cuba has prohibited smoking in work places, removed cigarette machines , made illegal sell tobacco products near schools since february 2005. ban included prohibiting smoking in closed public space, public transportation, educational, health , sporting institutions. however, ban not effective study revealed more 50% of population being exposed smoking in daily life. in 2014, cuban authorities said working on passing further anti-smoking legislation. such legislation prevent sale of cigarettes teenagers under age of 18. new legislation require tobacco companies add graphic warnings on packets.
