upon investigation , testing of site between 1986 , 1987, many toxic substances found @ site, including polychlorinated biphenyls (pcbs), polyaromatic hydrocarbons (pah), arsenic, dioxin, heavy metals, , other carcinogens. thousands of leaking drums found on property. these drums contained waste industrial processes, including paint, ink, herbicides, pesticides, solvents, , industrial sludge.
