the vehicular reactive routing (vrr) protocol integrated wave stack , embedded @ logic link control layer. vrr multi-channel protocol exercises efficient route discovery, route maintenance , data deliver processes use of control channel (cch) , service channel (sch). standard wsa messages transmitted on cch , ipv6 packets transmitted on sch. obtain current neighbour location wsa frame modified carry position information (incurs additional 4 bytes). route request , route reply demands transmitted inside wsa frames (additional 40 bytes) on control channel , data acknowledgment , application data (ipv6 packets) sent on service channel. due these modifications, route firstly established on cch , afterwards data transmitted on sch.
