since june 1, 2011 smoking ban in of argentina prohibits smoking in workplaces, public indoor areas, schools, hospitals, museums , libraries, theatres, , public transport. however, smoking still allowed in balconies, terraces , patios. law included prohibiting of advertising , sponsoring of tobacco. fine of breaking law equivalent 250 1,000,000 packets of expensive cigarettes in market.
