2006 (debut)

he received nomination nab rising star performance against geelong in round 17, 2006 when managed 28 possessions , goal.

2007

swallow s form improved during 2007 season, consistently gaining high numbers of disposals each week. culminated in spectacular 1-point win on melbourne in round 9 in scored winning goal.

2008

swallow played first 3 games in 2008, before being sent vfl work on outside run , spread stoppages. after positives performances @ north ballarat roosters, injured ankle during game , missed 7 weeks. on return vfl went on become crucial member of roosters premiership team.

but best in 2009 returning side 1 of north s finest throughout season. disposal has notably improved, , has worked on aspects of game play every game, , recognised 1 of best tacklers , clearance players in north melbourne side, , afl. on 2 october 2009, swallow awarded syd barker medal north melbourne being club s best , fairest player year.

2010

he had terrific season in 2010 playing 22 games second consecutive season , finishing 1 vote behind brent harvey , brady rawlings syd barker medal.

2011

in 2011, have arguably best season date again playing every game , taking home second syd barker medal shared daniel wells. 1 of 4 north melbourne players selected in 40 man australian squad missed out on being selected in final 22. selected part of australian squad international rules series against ireland.

2012

in february 2012, swallow announced captain of north melbourne football club replacing brent harvey. captain, andrew swallow capped off fantastic year win syd barker medal 60 votes becoming 3 time syd barker medalist.

2016

in december 2016 announced jack ziebell take on captaincy role @ north melbourne.
