szantyr trained jason knight , kevin landry @ house of pain pro wrestling dojo in new britain, connecticut. after completing training, began working valet , wrestler on independent circuit using ring names miss talia, talia doll, , talia madison. on independent circuit, formed tag team known t&a april hunter.

talia made debut world xtreme wrestling (wxw) on march 3, 2004, defeated alere little feather. won first championship in professional wrestling, wxw women s championship, after winning battle royal on may 29, 2004. talia went on defended title against april hunter, cindy rogers, psycho , ariel. on august 28, talia teamed alicia in winning effort defeating cindy rogers , mercedes martinez in tag team match, , defeated becky bayless in bra , panties match on september 9. talia continued undefeated streak, defending title against alere little feather, luscious lily, cindy rogers, officer mercy, , against feather , alicia in triple threat match. on november 27, talia teamed april hunter in winning effort defeating moonshiners (lulu , trinity h. campbell). on december 11, talia defended title against krissy vaine. following week, talia teamed moonshiners (lulu , trinity h. campbell) defeating alicia, cindy rogers , mercedes martinez in six-woman tag team match. talia s winning streak ended after defeated martinez on april 25, 2005. on july 8 @ wxw spotsfest event, talia lost championship martinez. on september 12 @ wxw tour, talia unsuccessfully challenged martinez title in rematch. @ wxw 4th annual women s elite 8 event, talia unsuccessfully challenged martinez again, time in triple threat match involving krissy vaine.

szantyr made few appearances in world wrestling entertainment (wwe) in 2005 , 2006. on february 24, 2005 episode of wwe smackdown!, appeared during jbl celebration of excellence party. defeated victoria on july 11 in match taped wwe heat. on january 2, 2006, , trinity planted in front row of audience selected dance heart throbs after match in heat segment. auditioned 2007 diva search, did not make final eight. talia madison, held defiant pro wrestling women s title, won on april 8, 2006 after defeating alere little feather , nikki roxx in triple threat match.

when total nonstop action wrestling (tna) announced creation of women s division in 2007, szantyr, using talia madison ring name, announced 1 of ten wrestlers in 10-woman gauntlet match crown first tna knockouts champion @ bound glory pay-per-view. before show, made non-wrestling appearances on october 5 episode of tna today , october 11 episode of impact!, standing @ ringside debut match of amazing kong along other gauntlet match participants. in weeks following gauntlet match, ring name changed velvet sky.

at december turning point pay-per-view, sky , angelina love formed alliance , dubbed velvet love entertainment, later renamed beautiful people. after defeating odb , roxxi laveaux in show, love , sky assisted gail kim in match against awesome kong. assisted kim again after match against kong on december 6 episode of impact!, , @ final resolution pay-per-view, helping stop post-match brawl.

after match taped, love released tna contract due work visa issues. on last episode of impact! taped before release, love , sky advanced finals of tag team tournament defeating tara , christy hemme after interference madison rayne. afterwards, rayne apologized both sky , love, , welcomed beautiful people. @ no surrender, sky , rayne defeated in finals of tournament sarita , taylor wilde. on october 1, love s replacement lacey von erich made debut , joined beautiful people. love return company on january 14, 2010, episode of impact!, instead of re-joining beautiful people, attacked them, turning love face.

the following month, sky , mickie james ignited feud, james turning villainous due jealousy of sky. however, after weeks of inactivity, on july 24, reported numerous wrestling sites szantyr close leaving tna, after failing come terms on new contract promotion. 2 days later, szantyr confirmed departure tna, however, still listed active member of roster on company s website.

from june 30 july 2, 2012, sky took part in world wrestling council s (wwc) anniversario weekend in puerto rico. on first 2 nights, defeated in singles matches melina and, on final night, , xix savant defeated melina , davey richards in mixed tag team match.

sky returned independent circuit in six-person tag teamed on (jimmy preston & mark shurman) , defeated jake manning, kamaitachi & sumie sakai. @ mcw autumn armageddon tour 2016 sky team bully ray , drolix , defeated damian martinez, ken dixon & kennadi brink no disqualification 6 man tag team match.

on july 6, 2017, szantyr announced retirement focus on going college. later state retired in-ring action, not pro wrestling whole, still appearances or conventions.
