john mark reidle, resident of lawrence county, missouri, purchased shotgun miller (a straw purchase ) @ walmart store in republic, missouri 4 days prior shootings. on june 5, 2014, reidle indicted grand jury on federal charges of charges of providing false information on federal firearms form (form 4473) in order purchase shotgun. reidle believed responsible purchase of handgun miller, apparently bought @ gun show. according neighbors, reidle , miller had similar political beliefs, , reidle flew nazi flag on hitler s birthday each year. in october 2015, pursuant plea agreement federal prosecutors, reidle pleaded guilty charge; faces ten years in prison @ sentencing.
