her real breakthrough came on 10 july 1972 @ visfestivalen in västervik. same year made record debut folk music inspired lp, ingica, issued phonogram label of philips records. other musicians on disk björn j:son lindh, janne schaffer, , vreeswijk himself. sang duet cornelis in song jenny jansson on 1972 album visor, svarta och röda, , duet ola magnell in song, man ska vara två first lp, påtalåtar (published in 1974). continued in same style in second lp, alrik (1973), success. both of first albums produced lill-babs s brother lasse svensson, former drummer in bands tages , blond. same year, made number of appearances tomas ledin. sang leitmotif per oscarsson s controversial film ebon lundin (1973) along arne olsson s big band vieux carré.

1975–79

in october 1977, participated in feminist kvinnokulturfestivalen @ riksdag building in stockholm, arranged by, among others, suzanne osten. had more successes in 1978 when returned swedish language and, group new band (with several members of band Östan sol, västan måne) published lps jag är som jag är... 1980s

in 1980s, törnell returned rock music , began increasingly write own songs. album Ängel (1982) began long collaboration producer ulf wahlberg, played keyboard in band secret service. same year participated in couple of songs on album z with, among others, mats zetterberg, known bands fiendens musik , bluesblocket lund in southern sweden. in addition rock music showed on 1983 album trumpeter weine renliden has great potential jazz vocalist.
