located in western extremity of sapporo, park’s lookout, located 137.5 mt above sea level, surrounded sculpted gardens large lawn, fountain, terraced italian flowerbed, french geometric garden , chinese arbor. surrounding these learning forest, offers hiking paths, background of ezo alder, ezo spruce, magnolia , false acacia trees.


the asahiyama memorial park contains rest house, food , drink stands, hanging bridge, playground, , space kids. @ night illuminated fountain , lights of buildings in central sapporo beyond, create popular spot couples enjoy night views of sapporo.


the park venue of sapporo asahiyama music festival held every year in july, background of toyohira hanabi.
