after 12 years governor, during ruled justice , righteousness, returned king in susa. after time in susa returned jerusalem, find people had fallen evil ways. non-jews permitted conduct business inside jerusalem on sabbath , keep rooms in temple. angered, purified temple , priests , levites , enforced observance of law of moses.
