during course of long athletic career spanning on 15 years (1976–1992), reeth represented karnataka state , india on number of occasions, setting records along way. achievements result of dedication, application , sense of discipline.

national events

at national level championships, reeth in won 16 gold , 11 silver medals. in national games, won numerous medals in heptathlon 1983 1987 (except year 1985). took 100 meters hurdles , long jump after 1988 , went on excel in them @ national level. holds credit of being national champion in 3 events namely heptathlon, 100 meters hurdles , long jump , achieving national records in long jump , heptathlon.

her best achievement mother when won national championship within 10 months of giving birth.

at international level, brought accolades india winning number of international medals. participated in 2 asian games, 3 asian track & field championships , 2 south asian games. in all, won 3 gold , 1 silver @ south asian games in 1989 (islamabad) , 1991 (colombo) in long jump , 100 meter hurdles. held south asian games record in long jump.

she first indian mother break national record , south asian games record. holds credit being first asian woman win asian medal in individual event mother.

masters events

reeth still active athlete , competes regularly in world masters athletics championships meant athletes on 35 years. has participated , won medals in world masters events in 2003 (carolina, puerto rico), 2011 (sacramento, united states) , 2013 (porto alegre, brazil) in various events.

in 2003, @ carolina, puerto rico won bronze medal in long jump in w40 category. in 2011, @ sacramento, reeth won silver medal long jump , silver medal triple jump in w45 category. in 2011, @ port alegre, won bronze medel long jump in w50 category.
