sophie first came attention on youtube channel, bandytoaster ( 2 random words stuck ), video titled groovy dancing girl, featuring merry dancing harder, better, faster, stronger daft punk. danced slowed-down version of song, increased speed of footage match song played @ normal speed (called undercranking). video shot in friend s garden , posted in february 2007. has since shot 3 more groovy dancing girl videos. videos have received more 9 million hits. short film solo duet funded irish film board , shown in october 2009 @ darklight film festival, digital film festival. in 2008 appeared in music video autoban s single sirens, , in 2009, appeared in riptide movement s video single cry cry baby. in october 2011, live-action short subject merry made sigmedia , shot in stereoscopic 3d, titled clockhead, premiered @ darklight. in 2015, appeared cloaked woman in titles sequence, , pledge-break framing sequences, of pbs s transmission of video presentation of tie-in concert celtic woman s album destiny.
