mirska sent france britain in 1911. scratched coventry stakes in june, first engagement in clearwell stakes run @ newmarket on 10 october. though noted attractively-bred press, not looked on favorably racing public despite excellent pedigree. ridden french jockey georges stern, finished third in race behind j. b. joel s colt absurd , khedive iii. again third in maiden 2-year-old race @ second october meeting @ newmarket won tidal wave. in november, scratched last engagement, rangemore plate.
