albania

a law went effect on 30 may 2007 restricting smoking in closed public areas , outlawing advertisement of tobacco, although measure has reportedly been poorly enforced in country until 2013. 2013 law enforcement has been implemented , smoking strictly forbidden in closed public areas, including bars, pubs, restaurants etc. if of bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. captured allowing customer smoke, fined 2200 euros , person smoking 350 euros.


andorra

austria

austrian law limits or bans smoking in areas:

croatia

finland
