season 1 (2016)

in prologue, cast introduced settings , suspects of murder case new episode. cast chooses role in episode, particular suspect or detective. other detective, each person given detailed information suspect portraying including personalities, alibi, relationship victim , other suspects, history, criminal motive, etc. every suspect can conceal information until explicitly questioned other suspects or detective, criminal can lie.

alibi: each player introduces suspect portraying, gives background information relationship victim, , describes whereabouts before, during , after crime.
on-site investigation: players separated 2 teams, , given ten minutes investigate crime scene clues. each player given camera, , allowed take maximum of ten pictures.
briefing: players present evidence have collected, , allowed ask other players questions concerning evidence.
first criminal vote: after briefing, each player secretly votes think criminal. detective s vote public. overall results revealed of players use during following discussion.
additional on-site investigation: players gather @ crime scene additional investigation , discussion. segment run @ same time 1-on-1 interrogation.
1-on-1 interrogation: 1 player assigned role of detective, innocent. detective player can summon other players further discussion.
final criminal vote: after of players have been interrogated, game goes final vote. additional investigations prohibited, , each player secretly votes think final criminal. player receives votes arrested , locked in makeshift prison. if person indeed criminal, detective receives 2 gold bars, , innocent players receive 1 each. if arrested person not criminal, true culprit gets gold bars.

season 2 (2017)

in second season, minor changes made format of show. gold bars given cast members beforehand. if vote correctly, can keep gold bar. if not, have return it. detective no longer allowed make first vote publicly, cast not influenced. @ end of game, if right suspect voted criminal, voted correctly keep gold bars. if detective voted correctly both times, or gets 2 gold bars. if suspect hides or identity, or gets 6 gold bars. in episode 12, 6 cast members suspects.

season 3 (2017)

in third season, scenes have become realistic, in cast members experience whole crime setting themselves. props , background of cases original , solid, such hotel in episode one. there 1 2 victims each case, making cases far more complex previous 2 seasons.
